Our Story

Cyber Train Club (CyTC) is a not-for-profit organization founded in June 2018 offering many membership, sponsorship and collaboration benefits with the goal of encouraging and expanding the study of Cybersecurity through hands-on experience and direct interaction with professionals in the field. Our mission is to provide a collaborative hub of information security expertise, resources, and communications to those who need help in getting jobs in the field of Cybersecurity.  Cyber Train Club is a community of engagement, encouragement and support for women in Cybersecurity. We are dedicated in bringing together women in Cybersecurity from academia, research and industry to share knowledge, experience, networking and mentoring. We also provide a structured, creativity-driven learning environment, offering classes on weekends to teenagers at different levels in Robotics, Programming, Game Development and Cyber Awareness in Western Sydney. These activities are carried out by School, College and University teachers voluntarily. The club is open to anyone interested in the field of Cybersecurity, no matter what experience level or major they have. All of our club members are volunteers and engage in a variety of activities to help the Club in some way.
